Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or issue a credit. Light rain or overcast conditions usually do not affect the charter, and decisions are made by the captain based on real-time conditions.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options and help reschedule if available.
Gratuity is not included. While not mandatory, a tip of 15–20% is customary and greatly appreciated if you feel the crew provided excellent service.

No. For insurance and safety reasons, all charters must be operated by our licensed and approved captains. Guests are not permitted to operate the yacht.
We just ask that decorations are non-damaging and easy to remove. Please avoid anything that requires nails, screws, staples, or confetti/glitter. Decorations must be set up and taken down within your charter time.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and alcohol. We just ask that you avoid red wine and anything that could stain upholstery. Please drink responsibly.
