Description

Your adventure begins with pickup at the Plaza of Nations Ferry Dock in False Creek, conveniently located beside BC Place and Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. From there, we set out across False Creek with incredible views of the city skyline.

As we cruise past the waterfront, guests can take in iconic sights including Science World, Olympic Village, Granville Island Public Market, False Creek marinas, David Lam Park, George Wainborn Park, and the beautiful waterfront communities of Yaletown and Kitsilano.

Continuing out into English Bay and Vancouver Harbour, the scenery expands to include Stanley Park’s forested shoreline, Lions Gate Bridge, Canada Place, Coal Harbour, and the dramatic North Shore Mountains rising above the city.

On clear days the views stretch even farther across Howe Sound, where you may spot Bowen Island, passing sailboats, and even wildlife such as seals or seabirds.

Whether you’re looking for a fun ride, stunning photography, or a refreshing way to explore Vancouver from the water, our dinghy experiences combine adventure, sightseeing, and unforgettable coastal views.

Perfect for couples, families, and small groups, this short but exciting journey offers a unique way to experience Vancouver’s waterfront from False Creek to the open ocean.

Book your dinghy ride and discover Vancouver from a whole new perspective.

We hired Vancouver Yacht Life for a dinghy tour for the families on our team and it was a great experience. Pick up was at Plaza of Nations Dock, which was really convenient, and we got to see all the major sights around False Creek. Everything was easy, smooth, and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it.

This was part of a larger yacht day for our guests, and thankfully the experience was handled properly from the beginning. Everyone was brought out to the boat while it was anchored off Wreck Beach, which made the whole thing feel polished and well organized. Communication was consistently good, timing was respected, and nothing felt chaotic or last minute, which I appreciated. They even connected with us on Instagram beforehand so the group could get a sense of the atmosphere and build a bit of excitement before the day. A group chat with the captain was also set up, which made coordination simple and meant all of the photos she took could be shared easily after. Overall, it was smooth, tasteful, and very well managed.
