At Vancouver Yacht Life, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be fair and flexible while protecting the time and resources required to prepare your charter experience.

Charter Rescheduling

Guests may reschedule their charter date and/or time 5 days piror at no charge, subject to vessel availability. We are happy to work with you to find an alternative date that suits your schedule.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

If a guest chooses to cancel their charter reservation, a refund of 50% of the charter amount will be provided.

Please note:

• All booking, payment processing, service, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be calculated after applicable service and processing fees have been deducted.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If Vancouver Yacht Life is unable to fulfill your charter due to vessel issues, captain availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances preventing operation, guests will receive a full refund of all charter fees paid, less any non-refundable payment processing or service fees charged by third-party providers.

Weather

Light rain, clouds, or typical Vancouver weather conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund. Guests are welcome to reschedule their charter subject to availability.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

By completing a booking with Vancouver Yacht Life, guests acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
